Dr. Yusuke Tajima
Yusuke founded InnoWave Inc. in Jan 2015. Prior to InnoWave, Yusuke was one of the founding members of Auriga Microwave in August 2004 and served as Chief Technical Officer, overseeing the technical direction of the Company.
Yusuke received his PhD in electrical engineering from Tokyo University. He brings more than 45 years of experience in the area of GaAs and GaN microwave devices. Before joining Auriga, he was the General Manger at ACCO USA, and the technical group leader at Raytheon from 1979 to 2000, responsible for many military and satellite communication programs. Yusuke received BS and PhD degrees in Electronic Engineering from Tokyo University in Japan. He has more than 100 publications and many patents in his long career.
Mr. David Wandrei
David is a vice President and cofounder of InnoWave Inc.. Dave brings with him more than 30 years of valuable industry experience and accolades. During those years, Dave received a patent for the Load Pull Tuner, developed the Load Pull Noise Parameter system, and authored several papers on Device Characterization and Modeling. Prior to Auriga, Mr. Wandrei was employed by Raytheon, M/A-Com, Adams Russell, ATN Microwave, and ACCO USA. Dave received his B.S. (1976) and M.S. (2001) degrees in Electrical Circuit Engineering from the University of Massachusetts
Dr. Qin Shen-Schultz
Qin is a Senior Principal Engineer at InnoWave Inc. Her engineering focus is on high power, high efficiency and linearity enhancement of high power amplifiers and developing design strategies for noise reduction in wideband amplifiers. Her interests include reduced-size MMIC design, high-integration multi-chip modules, and high-linearity, high-efficiency wideband amplifiers using GaN. Prior to InnoWave Inc, Qin was with Auriga and M/A-COM. She received her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Virginia, where her research focus was in RF MEMS. She has published more than 10 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences and holds two patents.
Mr. David Menzer
David serves as Vice President and Principal Investigator. Dave has an extensive background in Silicon Bipolar, GaAs and GaN device design, modelling and MMIC design from DC to 65GHz. He has been involved in power amplifier and switching power supply design, engineering team management, sales and consulting roles for companies such as Siemens, M-A/Com, Raytheon, Hewlett-Packard, Auriga, MKS and Microchip. He holds 1 patent and has several papers and numerous symposium presentations.
